Spellbinding Design Terms & Service Policies By booking, purchasing, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Spellbinding Design for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Service Policies outlined on this page. Services and deliverables are limited to those included in your selected package, quote, invoice, proposal, or other written agreement. Additional work or services outside of the original scope may require additional fees. These policies apply to all services provided by Laura Hidalgo and Spellbinding Design unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing for a specific project. Individual quotes, invoices, proposals, licensing agreements, emails, or other written agreements may contain additional terms specific to your project. When project-specific written terms differ from these general policies, the project-specific terms will apply. The FAQs section provide detailed information regarding payments, cancellations, scheduling, revisions, licensing, stock imagery, ownership, source files, additional uses, file delivery, retainers, and other policies governing services provided by Spellbinding Design. Spellbinding Design reserves the right to update these Terms and Service Policies as services, business practices, licensing requirements, technology, and industry standards evolve. Updates apply to future bookings and services. The policies applicable to an active project will be those in effect when the project was booked unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
